Operations Assistant Manager supporting daily yacht charter operations.
The role focuses on charter logistics, vessel readiness, and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of yacht charters.
- Coordinate with captains, crew, and port authorities.
- Ensure vessels are fully prepared and compliant with safety regulations.
- Manage operational schedules and charter logistics.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues.
- Support the Operations Manager in strategic planning and process improvement.
Requirements
- Three to five years of operations experience in yacht charter or the marine industry.
- Strong knowledge of yacht operations, safety protocols, and maritime regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple charters simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation
- The source lists pay of AED 1 to AED 2 per month.
