About the Role
Sky Walker Yacht Rental is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join its team.
The role is open to candidates from any industry who have relevant HR experience.
Workplace
- The job is based in the UAE and work location is in person.
- Candidates are expected to reliably commute to Dubai Marina or plan to relocate before starting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Support payroll, leave management, and employee inquiries.
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- At least one year of HR or administrative experience is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- The candidate must handle confidential information with discretion.
- Burmese language proficiency is required.
