About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and client documentation
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment
- Coordinate with service providers and staff to manage appointments and treatment schedules
- Help manage stock levels of treatment supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all operations
Requirements
- Bachelor degree mandatory
- Proven experience in operations, preferably in a wellness, medical, or beauty environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, making reports and capable of learning new software quickly
- Customer oriented with ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication

Compensation
