- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation of Vehicles and Drivers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with department heads to improve cross functional workflows
- Analyse operational data and prepare reports for senior management
- Manage Client relationships to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
- Support strategic planning and execution of company initiatives
