Job Title

  • Admin cum HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, payroll, and personnel records.
  • Handle visa, labour, Emirates ID, and other HR related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Manage day to day office administration and documentation.
  • Coordinate staff accommodation, transportation, and operational support.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR documents.
  • Support manpower planning and employee scheduling.
  • Maintain confidential employee and company records.
  • Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Admin cum HR experience in the Cleaning Services industry (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR processes.
  • Experience managing blue collar workforce.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay

  • AED 3,000 AED 4,000 per month
