- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave, payroll, and personnel records
- Handle visa, labour, Emirates ID, and other HR related processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Manage day to day office administration and documentation
- Coordinate staff accommodation, transportation, and operational support
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR documents
- Support manpower planning and employee scheduling
- Maintain confidential employee and company records
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Admin cum HR experience in the Cleaning Services industry (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR processes
- Experience managing blue collar workforce
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
