Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement. • Coordinate with the continuous improvement team to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency. • Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability. • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. • Monitor performance metrics and track progress towards operational goals. • Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them. • Participate in the "War Room" initiative during peak seasons. • Embody the 3 pillars of the "Control tower." • Will need to support the change management required by the innovations that the department implements. • Stay updated with the stations’s environment and the various challenges they might face. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, formulas, data analysis) • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques; experience with Power BI is considered an asset • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset
