Operations Analyst

2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM , or related claims/AR workflows.

Strong proficiency in MS office tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc..)

Practical experience with AR Calling and day-to-day AR follow-up activities.

Experience with denial management , including reviewing denial details and progressing cases appropriately.

Working knowledge of RCM concepts and standard operational workflows.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Comfort working with operational systems and work queues for status tracking and case updates.

Ability to work effectively to SOPs and quality standards in a time-sensitive environment.

Willingness to work Hybrid in Chennai, India .

Travel: NA % travel annually.
