Role Overview
Haier is hiring an Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of its office and administrative functions.
The role focuses on office administration, facilities, employee services, vendor coordination, payments, travel, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, facilities, vendors, office supplies, and documentation.
- Handle reception and general office support while maintaining a professional and organized workplace.
- Manage employee medical insurance, company assets, and vehicle administration.
- Oversee trade license renewals, lease bookings and renewals, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage sales promoter uniforms, ID badges, and related administrative payments.
- Process courier, utility, rental, administrative payments, reimbursements, and claims.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and expense claims.
- Support company events, employee engagement, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.
