Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product management for Haier air conditioners across the Gulf market.
Drive product competitiveness, channel quality, and profitable growth in line with regional business targets.
Product Management
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to define product lineups, positioning, and pricing for the GCC.
- Manage ESMA/ECAS, EESL, CB, EMC, and test-report requirements for market entry and clearance.
- Analyze sales, margins, and product mix to improve profitability and premium-product share.
Training
- Develop and deliver product training for dealers, retail teams, and direct-sales staff.
- Create product specifications, competitive comparisons, selling points, and installation-guidance materials.
- Organize demonstrations, teardown workshops, and after-sales installation training.
- Build a professional service team to reduce installation-related issues.
Marketing and Channel Execution
- Define booth designs, point-of-purchase materials, display guidelines, and store grading systems.
- Execute local product demonstrations and promotional activities to improve terminal visibility and conversion.
