Operational Training Manager

Proven experience leading and developing teams within a training, learning or operational environment.

Strong expertise in training design, delivery, compliance and governance

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive engagement at all levels

Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, combined with a people-focused leadership style

Experience managing change, solving complex problems and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
