Program Manager, Learning and Development (Early Careers)

At a minimum, you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

1-year experience in a learning and development role

It’d be great if you also have:

3+ years’ experience in a learning and development role

Experience designing and managing graduate, internship, rotational, or emerging talent programs.

Experience working within large, matrixed, global organizations.

Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders without direct authority.

Experience leading cohort-based development programs and learning events.

Strong change management and communication planning experience.

Background within supply chain or other operational environments.

Experience in program design, facilitation, instruction, and development planning
