- Project Management skills to plan and execute operational initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders
- Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably within a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in standard office and logistics software tools, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a client focused, solutions oriented mindset

Role Description
- The Operational Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing day to day logistics and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with documentation, permits, and internal standards.
