- Monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, and operational performance
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance analyses for management
- Manage procurement requirements and ensure availability of materials and equipment
