Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process documentation and audit compliance.
• Execute process deliverables accurately and according to process requirements.
• Execute master data changes and assess their impact across multiple systems and processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, and address concerns.
• Discuss stakeholder requirements and concerns with the Operations Manager.
• Initiate and assist with continuous process improvements.
• Escalate issues promptly and suggest action plans for resolution.
• Provide accurate and timely information for internal, external, and client audits.

Location

• The listed work location is DGS India, Mumbai, Goregaon Prism Tower.
