About the Role

- Prepare and monitor operational cost reports and analyze variances
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction
- Develop KPIs for operational costs
- Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to operational budgets
- Provide recommendations based on financial and operational analysis
- Support management in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Oversee implementation of cost control policies and procedures
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management with results and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5 7 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or operational costing
- Experience in the industrial or commercial sector (furniture, kitchens, decoration, doors, aluminum, wood, electrical appliances)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience with ERP or Odoo systems preferred
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Purpose
- Supervise operational cost monitoring and analysis, measure deviations between actual and target costs, prepare analytical reports, and propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability while maintaining product and service quality.
Job Requirements (Duties)
- Prepare and monitor operational cost reports and analyze variances.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop KPIs for operational costs.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to operational budgets.
- Provide recommendations based on financial and operational analysis.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5 7 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or operational costing.
- Experience in the industrial or commercial sector (furniture, kitchens, decoration, doors, aluminum, wood, electrical appliances) is required.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 5,000 – 6,000 SAR per month.
