Job Description

  • We are looking for an Odoo Developer responsible for developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Odoo ERP applications with other systems, as well as providing ongoing support and improving current solutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Perform Odoo development including customization, code migration, data migration & import, Odoo APIs, BI reports, output documents, and testing (functional, UAT, automation, unit).
  • Analyze and clarify functional specifications, prepare technical specifications, and design technical architecture and business logic.
  • Work closely with Technical Lead to plan, design, develop, test, implement, and support business applications.
  • Understand business requirements and participate in project planning and time estimation.
  • Develop applications using Odoo Framework and its components.
  • Handle bug fixing, performance optimization, and production support.
  • Participate in Sprint meetings and contribute to Sprint reports.
  • Adhere to coding standards and best practices; implement CI/CD.
  • Evaluate impact of modifications on core Odoo applications and propose solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, algorithms, data flow diagrams, and user flow diagrams.
  • Stay updated with latest development tools, cloud services, and technical concepts.
  • Work in a team and be proactive and independent.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo MVC Architecture.
  • 2 3 years practical experience in Odoo development and modules: Sales, Purchase, HR, Inventory, Accounting, eCommerce, QWeb Reporting, Odoo APIs.
  • Good knowledge of latest Odoo versions and ORM API.
  • Familiarity with Odoo Enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with IDEs like PyCharm or Eclipse.
  • Knowledge of Odoo App Store and OCA.
  • Strong skills in code optimization and performance improvement.
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Willingness to learn new languages and frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Practical experience in Linux/Unix environments.

Salary

  • Pay: 5,000 6,000 SAR per month.
