Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for the Bitrix24 CRM.
- Provide first-level IT support for employees and office systems, including printers, software, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computer systems.
- Manage the company IT server and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor IT system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Manage CRM and email user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system backups and updates.
- Document IT system work processes and procedures.
- Manage external providers and contracts for IT support and software services.
- Manage company assets, telecommunications accounts, online purchases, and invoices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Operations, or a similar field.
- 2–3 years of experience as IT personnel in any industry.
- Real estate industry experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work without delays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- SEO background is a plus.
Preferred Key Skills
- Experience with Bitrix24 CRM is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of cybersecurity practices is preferred.
