Role Overview
The Capital Avenue Real Estate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role manages property leasing activities, supports prospective tenants, and helps ensure a smooth leasing process.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants with property inquiries and schedule viewings.
- Conduct property tours and present property features and benefits.
- Process applications, conduct background checks, and manage lease agreements.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with property management to uphold building maintenance and standards.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A real estate license is preferred.
- Previous leasing or real estate experience is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
