Purpose of the role
Responsible for coordinating and managing the schedule and movement of Engineers/Partner Engineers to ensure efficient and timely service meeting SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and dispatch Engineers to various locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs,
- Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and team members to provide updates, instructions, and resolve any issues,
- Track the status and location of Engineers, to ensure timely arrivals and departures,
- Address and manage emergency and delays by coordinating with the appropriate personnel and resources to provide swift solutions,
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner,
- Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
The Individual
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
