The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls and email correspondence.
The role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing appointments, performing administrative duties, handling compliments and complaints, and collecting valuable customer feedback to help improve the business’ overall service.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values expertise, reliability and great customer service.

Salary: £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: 40hrs per week
