Overview
Muhlah seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and support day-to-day operational activities in a fintech environment.
The role involves ensuring operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently, and working closely with teams such as Credit, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, and Technology.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in fintech operations and strong knowledge of SIMAH.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure tasks, cases, and requests are completed accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
- Monitor team workload, productivity, quality, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Review and support the use of SIMAH for verification, reporting, and other relevant operational activities.
- Investigate operational errors, exceptions, and escalations; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer outcomes.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including performance, backlog, quality, and turnaround-time metrics.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure that records, case notes, and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and maintained according to internal requirements.
