Role overview
Marketing Director responsible for leading marketing strategy and driving revenue growth through effective campaigns.
The role works cross-functionally and represents the company brand to external audiences and partners.
The position is on-site in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners.
- Manage the marketing budget and track project ROI for effective resource allocation.
- Design and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Analyze customer behavior, competitors, and market trends.
- Support revenue goals through targeted campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
- Lead marketing teams within fintech or financial services.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams within fintech or financial services.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and brand management in regulated environments is preferred.
