- Supervise end to end import and export operations, including shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and final delivery or pickup
- Coordinate with international network offices, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Monitor shipment progress, KPIs, and operational performance while proactively resolving delays and bottlenecks
- Manage operational escalations involving customs delays, documentation issues, shipment damage, and service disruptions
- Ensure accurate shipment tracking, status updates, and Proof of Delivery (POD) management within the systems
- Maintain compliance with Saudi customs regulations and international trade requirements
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Lead, coach, and support the coordination team while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and international trade compliance is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and shipment tracking platforms
- Strong understanding of customs documentation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Overview
- Ferrari Logistics is looking for a detail oriented and proactive Operation Supervisor to join our Logistics team in Riyadh.
- The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the end to end import/export operations and domestic transportation network.
- The role ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and timely execution of shipments while leading and supporting the coordination team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end to end import and export operations, including shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and final delivery or pickup.
- Coordinate with international network offices, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment progress, KPIs, and operational performance while proactively resolving delays and bottlenecks.

Compensation
- Competitive salary package (SAR 9,000–10,000/month)
