- Escalate shipment issues including delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies
- Support warehouse and physical handling activities when required
- Provide daily customer support regarding shipment updates and documentation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics
- Knowledge of customs documentation and Saudi logistics procedures is preferred
- Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking platforms
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure

Overview
- Ferrari Logistics is looking for a detail oriented and proactive Operation Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Riyadh.
- The Operation Coordinator will support end to end coordination of import/export shipments and domestic transportation activities, including deliveries and pickups.
- The role acts as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners, ensuring smooth communication, accurate system updates, and efficient operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import/export shipments, including scheduling, tracking, deliveries, and pickups.
- Communicate with customers, network offices, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) updates.
- Escalate shipment issues including delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies.
- Support warehouse and physical handling activities when required.
- Provide daily customer support regarding shipment updates and documentation requirements.
Technical & Soft Competencies
- Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/European languages are an advantage).
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Knowledge of customs documentation and Saudi logistics procedures is preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive salary package (SAR 7,000–9,000/month)
