Target Background
- Relevant background includes Almeera supplier operations, Lulu FMCG operations, Ali Bin Ali, or Almarai Qatar.
Job Responsibilities
- Take full charge of onsite operations for 70 Almeera stores.
- Maintain high-level communication and stable cooperation with Almeera procurement and operations teams.
- Control overall store stock levels, stockout rates, goods damage, and expiry losses.
- Handle supermarket deductions, returns, disputes, and customer complaints.
- Lead the local expatriate team and coordinate daily work with China management.
Performance KPIs
Maintain an overall store stockout rate below 2%.
Control total product loss and expiry loss within 1.5%.
Close all operational issues within 72 hours.
Maintain zero customs compliance failures.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 12,000 to QAR 18,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
