Target background
- Relevant backgrounds include Almeera field teams, Lulu or Carrefour merchandising, and local FMCG retail execution.
Job responsibilities
- Cover 70 Almeera stores on a weekly rotation, with the area divided between two executives.
- Maintain shelf-standard displays, product facings, POSM, and promotional materials.
- Check stock shortages and push timely replenishment.
- Resolve onsite store issues and collect competitor market data.
- Support all in-store marketing campaign execution.
Performance KPIs
Complete 100% of weekly store coverage.
Achieve a display compliance rate of at least 98%.
Resolve stockout issues within 24 hours.
Maintain zero escalated store complaints.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,500 to QAR 7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
