Role Description

  • The Operation Manager (with Cloud Kitchen experience) will oversee day to day operational activities for PECHKA’s restaurant, catering, and cloud kitchen facilities.
  • This full time, on site role based in Dubai includes managing production workflows, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and optimizing kitchen processes for efficiency and cost control.
  • The role involves coordinating staff schedules, supervising procurement and inventory management, and implementing standard operating procedures across all outlets and cloud kitchen operations.
  • The Operation Manager will monitor performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with management on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and expansion initiatives.
  • The role also requires close coordination with delivery platforms and logistics partners to ensure smooth, timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing operations in F&B environments, including cloud kitchen or centralized production facilities.
  • Strong skills in workflow optimization, inventory control, and cost management to support efficient kitchen and delivery operations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control practices within the UAE.
  • Experience leading diverse teams, including staff scheduling, performance management, and training.
  • Ability to work with delivery aggregators and digital ordering platforms, with basic understanding of operational data and KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a hands on approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; cloud kitchen experience is essential.
