- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic living environment, including daily cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Manage laundry, ironing, and basic household organization
- Support childcare needs, including supervising children, assisting with meals, ensuring their safety, and engaging them in age appropriate, educational, and recreational activities
- Provide occasional support for household guests, simple meal preparation, and coordination with family members regarding schedules and routines
- Follow hygiene and safety standards, respect family privacy, and communicate proactively about household and childcare needs
Requirements
- Strong household maintenance skills, including Laundry and general Organization Skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact respectfully with family members, children, and visitors
- Capacity to learn and improve through Training, and openness to follow household guidelines and routines
- Previous experience as a housekeeper, nanny, or similar residential support role is preferred
- Ability to care for children responsibly, with patience, empathy, and attention to safety
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, cleaning products, and safe use of household equipment
- Ability to work full time on site in Dubai, with flexibility in working hours as needed
- Basic English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage
