Responsibilities
- Lead day to day logistics and transport operation, managing fleet performance, dispatch, and route optimization
- Lead fulfilment operation across DTC and B2B channels, ensuring accurate and on time order picking, packing, and dispatch
- Improve fleet utilization, driver productivity, fulfilment accuracy, and labour productivity
- Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop scalable fulfilment processes and SOPs
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, drivers, and operational staff
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Optimize route planning, dispatch performance, and delivery costs
- Use KPIs and operational data to drive decision making
- Support automation and technology initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years leading logistics, fulfilment, or distribution operations
- Previous leadership experience in food manufacturing, meal production, food distribution, FMCG, or food service industry
- Proven experience managing fleet, dispatch, fulfilment, and distribution operations
- Experience leading high performing operational teams
- Strong understanding of KPIs, workforce planning, and operational performance
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Confident using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communicator
- Diploma (Preferred)

- FITT Meals is a leading healthy food business in the UAE, delivering thousands of freshly prepared meals weekly.
- Operates Direct to Consumer (DTC) meal plans and a growing Business to Business (B2B) division.
Role Overview
- Reporting to the COO, lead end to end Logistics and Fulfilment for DTC and B2B channels.
- Responsible for operational teams, continuous improvement, service levels, cost optimization, and scalable processes.
Responsibilities: Logistics
- Lead day to day logistics and transport operation.
- Manage fleet performance, dispatch, and route optimisation.
- Ensure on time, cost effective delivery performance.
- Improve fleet utilisation and driver productivity.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Fulfilment
- Lead fulfilment operation across DTC and B2B channels.
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, quality checked, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Improve fulfilment accuracy, labour productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable fulfilment processes that support business growth.
- Reduce operational errors while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, drivers, and operational staff.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and support professional development.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading logistics, fulfilment, or distribution operations.
- Previous leadership experience in food manufacturing, meal production, food distribution, FMCG, or food service industry.
- Proven experience managing fleet, dispatch, fulfilment, and distribution operations.
- Experienced in leading high performing operational teams.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, workforce planning, and operational performance.
- Continuous improvement mindset and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
- Confident using data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across departments.
- Leads with integrity, accountability, and ownership.
