About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server environments
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and system hardening
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, DFSR, FTP/SFTP, and related Windows services
- Administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure Enterprise Applications
- Create and manage Azure Enterprise Applications and review application permissions
- Support Privileged Access Management (CyberArk preferred)
- Manage Infoblox and enterprise file storage solutions
- Support Citrix DaaS and Cisco UCS environments
- Work with AWS and OCI cloud infrastructure
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure to ensure high availability
- Participate in 24x7 production support
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in Windows Infrastructure and Cloud Administration
- Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Proficiency in Office 365 Administration
- Proficiency in Exchange Online & Exchange Hybrid
- Proficiency in Azure Enterprise Applications
- Proficiency in Infoblox
- Proficiency in File Server technologies (AWS FSx, DFSR, SMB)
