Melbourne | Transformation Program | 12 month Fixed Term
Shape the Future of People Experience at IDP
We're looking for an experienced Operating Model Lead to play a pivotal role in Project Fusion, one of IDP's most significant enterprise transformation initiatives.
This role will lead the design and implementation of the future-state PX operating model, ensuring organisational structures, governance, decision rights, service delivery models and ways of working are aligned and utilized as inputs for Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
You will act as the bridge between PX leaders, implementation partners and change management team, ensuring the future state is practical, sustainable and embraced by the organisation.
