Administration of the Intake Process:-
Quality checking of intake submissions, checking for appropriate approvals and following up where necessary
Maintenance of intake submissions within our Intake Tool and ensuring it is kept up to date with progress updates during the intake process.
General admin associated with intake – Intake tool updates, Jira updates, general sharepoint and confluence updates, upkeep of the shared mailboxes.
Liaising with Architecture team for assigned architects, set up and admin of intake meetings (capturing and circulating meeting notes and recordings)
Liaising with Product Managers and business readiness reps regarding business impacts, updating business impact assessment and working with portfolio leads regarding business readiness to start
Facilitating intake meetings where necessary in the absence of the Intake Lead
Administration of t-shirt estimates and Business Impact Assessments.
Ensuring the capacity and allocation model is maintained and up to date at all times to enable accurate use by Portfolio Leads and others.
Reporting
Working with Architecture and Product Managers to ensure t-shirt and Business Impact assessment status updates are recorded accurately in the Sharepoint tools to enable reporting.
Producing t-shirt and Business Impact Assessment reports to enable the upholding of process WIP limits.
