Requirements

- Proven experience in nursing management, including team supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Solid understanding of medical and critical care principles relevant to outpatient settings
- Valid Saudi license is mandatory
- CBHI accreditation experience is required
- Previous experience in an OPD, clinic, or hospital setting, preferably in a supervisory or head nurse role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong commitment to patient experience, quality improvement, and service excellence
