Role Overview
The Onsite Project Manager coordinates project activities from receipt of a customer order through project completion and handover to the client and service group.
Success is measured by economic results, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and delivery of agreed functionality.
The position is located in Saudi Arabia.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage project safety, scope, time, budget, quality, risks and opportunities, communications, resources, third parties, and integrations.
- Take profit and loss responsibility, manage financial indicators, report project status, collect revenue, and plan cash flow.
- Manage project expansions and extensions and build strong customer relationships through active feedback and operational understanding.
- Facilitate subcontractor use, define performance requirements, and ensure staffing and resource needs are met.
- Communicate with project team members, cost account managers, and stakeholders and ensure regular status updates.
- Evaluate project influences and risks financially and provide feedback on completed project execution.
- Promote innovation, improvements, risk identification, and occupational health and safety management.
Workplace and Safety
- The role is onsite and includes responsibility for the safety of work areas and equipment under the manager's control.
- Identify, assess, control, and report hazards and incidents through Dematic's reporting process.
- Provide instruction, information, training, and supervision so workers, contractors, business partners, students, and others can work safely.
- Minimize environmental impacts and prevent pollution.

Requirements
- Ability to manage project safety, scope, time, budget, quality, risk, communications, resources, third parties, and integrations.
- Ability to manage project profit and loss, financial indicators, revenue collection, and cash flow planning.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and provide recommendations based on the customer's business and operating environment.
- Ability to plan staff resources and define clear roles and responsibilities for project teams.
- Ability to identify, assess, control, and report workplace hazards and incidents.
- Ability to provide safety instruction, information, training, and supervision to workers, contractors, business partners, students, and others.
