- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience handling high volume chat based customer communication
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays

Job Description
- Cake Bloom is the first Korean style cake shop in the UAE, specializing in custom designed cakes and Lunch Box Cakes.
- We are seeking a detail oriented Online Reservation Agent to manage WhatsApp based reservations and customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
