About the Role
Online Product Leader responsible for the digital growth engine of a global eyewear technology company.
Owns the online P&L across India and international markets including Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
The role is based in Bengaluru and is full-time.
Commercial Ownership
- Own the online P&L across channels and geographies.
- Build an online growth roadmap based on consumer insight.
- Integrate marketplace and quick commerce into the core revenue architecture.
AI and Performance Marketing
- Lead the shift from manual performance marketing to an AI-driven acquisition and retention engine.
- Use LTV-based audience modeling, predictive cohort targeting, and AI-powered bidding.
- Own AI-assisted creative testing and real-time campaign optimization.
- Scale marketplace and quick commerce through catalogue, ranking, and inventory strategies.
Global Team Leadership
- Provide strategic direction to regional online channel teams across markets.
