Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer onboarding and client onboarding
- Analytical skills to understand onboarding metrics
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

Company Description

Role Description
- Guide new customers and partners through a smooth and structured onboarding journey.
- Welcome and educate new users about Ailoo’s services, set up accounts, and ensure all required information is collected and verified accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues, analyze onboarding data to enhance processes, and provide clear, proactive communication.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, create simple documentation or FAQs as needed, and support continuous improvements to the onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
- Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand onboarding metrics and support data driven process improvements.
- Relevant experience in customer success, account management, or operations within tech, mobility, or subscription based services is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on site in Riyadh with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems; fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
