- Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded drivers and gather feedback
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in onboarding, operations, field coordination, or similar role in transportation/logistics/mobility
- Proficiency in basic office and data entry tools
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial
- High school diploma required

Role Description
- Guide new drivers through end to end onboarding including document collection, verification, and system registration.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with truck or vehicle operations is an advantage.
- Experience in onboarding, operations, field coordination, or similar role in transportation/logistics/mobility preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office and data entry tools.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
- High school diploma required; diploma or degree in business, logistics, or related field a plus.
