Responsibilities
- Own end to end client onboarding execution, including workload allocation and escalation resolution
- Ensure CRA, EDD and onboarding risk assessments meet internal standards and regulatory expectations
- Support Transaction Monitoring activities with investigations and escalations
- Use workflow tooling, automation and AI to improve speed and quality
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Compliance to align on priorities
Requirements
- 1+ years in financial services with basic AML/CFT knowledge
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic knowledge of regulatory expectations for onboarding, due diligence, and transaction monitoring

About the Job
- As Onboarding Manager, you'll be part of Intracheck's growing client onboarding function.
- Deliver account and payment solutions to enterprise clients across Europe, the Gulf, and Asia.
- Lead corporate onboarding and client support, ensuring policies and risk standards are applied.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end client onboarding execution: allocate workload, manage delivery, resolve escalations.
- Ensure CRA, EDD and onboarding risk assessments meet standards.
- Support Transaction Monitoring activities with investigations and escalations.
- Use workflow tooling, automation and AI to reduce manual effort.
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Compliance.
Requirements
- 1+ years in financial services with basic AML/CFT knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory expectations for onboarding, due diligence, and transaction monitoring.
