On Site Representative - Wainwright

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Four year college degree or equivalent, plus two years’ experience in working knowledge of military operations, training and procedures or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to analyze training and create AAR products.
• Able to multi-task to include running multiple technological systems concurrently.
• Very familiar and comfortable using computers and associated hardware.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office programs.
• Proof of the legal right to work in Canada and secret security clearance from the Canadian Government.
• Requires mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• May be required to travel periodically, both nationally and internationally.
• Prefer prior military experience. Combat Arms (Infantry, Armor, Artillery and Engineer, Experienced with AARs, and bilingual in English/French.
