Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments within the company for all offshore related scope of the project
- Assist OCM in preparing requirement and technical evaluation of offshore materials and expedite delivery
- Assist OCM in providing input for weekly and monthly report and attend meetings with client
- Assist OCM in liaising with third party agency on offshore execution related issues
- Assist OCM in liaising with marine warranty surveyors on all issues related to marine/construction aspects
- Attend weekly meetings with OOD/OCM to discuss progress and areas of concern
- Insure implementation of the project safety plan and the company HSEMS
- Insure and enhance quality of the work
- Initiate the variation orders/claims related to offshore work. Compile the technical input and assist CM in assigning offshore durations
- Prepare mobilization plans, and attend mobilization meetings. Coordinate with OPE, Barge Superintends, and Field Engineers to ensure mobilization is thorough and complete

Key Responsibilities

- Assist OCM in providing input for weekly and monthly report and attend meetings with client.
- Assist OCM in liaising with third party agency on offshore execution related issues.
- Assist OCM in Liaising with marine warranty surveyors on all issues related to marine / construction aspects of the work such as document review, approval, attendance during load out, towing and offshore installation.
- Attend weekly meetings with OOD / OCM to discuss progress and areas of concern.
- Insure implementation of the project safety plan and the company HSEMS.
- Insure and enhance quality of the work.
- Initiate the variation orders /claims related to offshore work. Compile the technical input (procedures / engineering documents),and assist CM in assigning offshore durations.
- Prepare mobilization plans, and attend mobilization meetings. Coordinate with, OPE, Barge Superintends, and Field Engineers to ensure that mobilization is through and complete.
