As a Senior Officer – Civil , you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving civil maintenance, infrastructure reliability, plant modifications, expansion projects, and construction initiatives that support safe and efficient operations. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:

Execute and supervise civil maintenance and construction activities for plant, utility, and administrative buildings.

Ensure the upkeep and structural integrity of foundations, roads, drains, pavements, underground pits, and related infrastructure.

Coordinate and execute civil works associated with plant modifications, expansions, shutdowns, and new project installations.

Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Review bills of quantities (BOQs), estimates, drawings, and technical documents and recommend improvements.

Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.

Conduct inspections, quality checks, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for critical activities.

Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, codes, ISO requirements, and Lubrizol Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policies.
