Role Overview
The Demand Controller drives accurate short-term demand execution and cross-functional alignment.
The role manages a two- to twelve-week execution signal and supports demand and supply coordination.
The role contributes to sustainable operational improvement and execution visibility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, stable, and transparent short-term execution signals.
- Review customer forecasts and sales orders to align near-term demand.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, customer service, and production scheduling.
- Monitor demand patterns, risks, opportunities, and week-to-week adjustments.
- Inform planners about order shifts, key changes, and forecast risks.
- Track late orders, cancellations, and abnormal demand behavior.
- Validate system updates after rebalancing or customer input changes.
- Follow demand-control governance within Integrated Tactical Planning.
- Identify recurring demand issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, economics, statistics, engineering, finance, or a related analytical field is required.
