About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of communication and public relations strategies aligned with malomatia’s corporate objectives and digital transformation vision
- Enhance malomatia’s brand positioning as a trusted national IT and digital solutions partner through consistent and strategic communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and industry media outlets
- Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media statements, and official announcements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand aligned responses
- Monitor media coverage, brand mentions, and public sentiment, and prepare regular analytical reports for management
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives with government entities, clients, partners, and the wider public
- Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns that support corporate, marketing, and national digital objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all communication channels
- Manage and update corporate communication platforms, including social media channels and digital communication tools
- Support internal communication initiatives to promote employee engagement and organizational alignment
- Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, launches, and community engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or media relations (preferably in IT/technology sectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to monitor engagement and campaign performance
- Familiarity with website content formatting and optimization for online visibility, website updates and content management
- English, Arabic (preferred)
