- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, vendors, and service providers

- Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain employee records
- Support procurement and administrative purchasing activities
- Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, and external service providers regarding licenses, permits, and corporate documentation
- Maintain company records and support compliance, KYC, and corporate governance requirements
- Manage office facilities, logistics, courier services, and visitor coordination
- Support overall growth and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Experience in managing daily office operations and administrative functions
- Experience providing executive support including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Knowledge of government authority coordination and corporate documentation

- Ability to manage office facilities, logistics, and vendor coordination
