Job Summary
Coordinate shift technicians and ensure maintenance activities are completed.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for pharmaceutical process equipment and update work orders online.
Prepare and review SOPs, formats, QMS documentation, engineering GMP records, and log books.
Support installation, modification, repair, qualification, projects, and document review.
Responsibilities
- Execute engineering operations according to established standards, procedures, cGMP, safety, and quality requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance for process, packing, warehouse, and microbiology equipment according to approved schedules.
- Complete maintenance requests and corrective work orders with user departments within defined timelines.
- Use SAP PM for work request printing and preventive and corrective maintenance confirmations.
