Attend construction meetings with security implications and develop site-specific Security Construction and Operations Plans with the Project Manager/General Contractor.
Assess and evaluate developmental project plans and drawings for compliance with security regulations and policies.
Develop interim security measures during construction and monitor operations for compliance, addressing non-compliance issues at all project phases.

Administer the Temporary Airport Security Pass application process, including retrieval and financial penalties, in coordination with Pass Control.
Ensure only GTAA-approved security service providers are used for restricted area security services.
Create briefing packages for major construction projects with security impact for operational group awareness.
Ensure certified Access Control Officers at construction access points have required documentation and equipment (FTR lists, post orders, safety equipment, etc.).
Create and provide a Security PowerPoint presentation for Site Safety and Security Orientation sessions (for Project Manager/General Contractor use).
Investigate security issues related to construction activities and implement corrective actions.
This unionized position is classified at the Band 7 level, with an hourly wage of $47.35, based on a 37.5 hour work week. As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete a test.
