Associate Director, IOCC Transformation & Innovation

Lead the development and execution of a multi-year transformation roadmap that advances airport operational excellence.

Drive transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Establish innovative operating models, governance structures, and collaborative decision-making practices across airport stakeholders.

Lead the evolution of operational systems, digital tools, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-support capabilities.

Develop and govern airport-wide performance frameworks, key performance indicators, and service level agreements.

Champion innovation through the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and new operating models.

Provide strategic operational planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities that support proactive and predictive operations.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, improve performance, and deliver transformation initiatives.

Lead and develop teams responsible for transformation, operational planning, systems, digital enablement, and business analytics.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including experience leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or technology-enabled change programs.

5+ years of people leadership experience within a complex matrix environment.

Experience within aviation, transportation, logistics, infrastructure, operations, or similarly complex operational environments.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs involving business, technology, operational, regulatory, and external stakeholders.

Experience delivering operational systems, analytics capabilities, digital tools, and business transformation initiatives.

Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and business transformation capabilities.

Strong understanding of data, analytics, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, Agile, or Data Analytics.

Valid Ontario Driver's License.

Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
