- Support daily office hospitality operations, including preparing and serving beverages and light refreshments to employees, visitors, and clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in pantry and common areas
- Restock supplies
- Ensure that all service areas meet hygiene and safety standards
- Set up meeting rooms with refreshments and basic amenities
- Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduled events
- Promptly address any hospitality related requests
- Follow company procedures, report maintenance or supply issues
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach
- Experience in food & beverage and food service, including basic preparation, presentation, and safe handling of refreshments
- Ability to follow training and standard operating procedures related to hygiene, safety, and office hospitality practices
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in pantry and common areas
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to food and beverage handling
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to manage time effectively in a fast paced office environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with administrative and facilities teams and to take direction from supervisors
- Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or a similar service role is preferred
