Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Bids/Proposals Architect.
The role involves preparing and coordinating detailed project proposals, including tender identification and technical documentation.
Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and overseeing proposal timelines.
The Bids/Proposals Architect will also contribute to integrating innovative and practical solutions within the proposed projects and support the development of comprehensive project presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Proposals Engineering and Architectural Projects background
- Proven Project Management skills to organize, plan, and oversee proposal preparation
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary collaboration and ability to coordinate between diverse teams
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with global design practices and experience in international projects is advantageous
